Blueprint Sports Sets an Industry Standard

Collectives and marketplace platforms like Marketpryce, Opendorse, and MOGL, occupy the lion's share of the public perception for name, image, and likeness (NIL). However, these organizations are just some of the ones entering the newfound NIL space.

Blueprint Sports, founded in Las Vegas in 2020 and backed by tennis champion Andre Agassi, is one such organization providing structure to a seemingly lawless industry.

“Blueprint Sports specializes in operating donor collectives around the country, and since we haven’t narrowed our focus to just one part of the process, we are a one-stop shop for collectives when it comes to all things NIL. From contracting to reporting, event planning, and marketing, Blueprint has it covered,” said Hailey Tucker, Digital Media Manager for Blueprint.

Tucker, a University of Southern California alumni, joined Blueprint Sports in September 2022. In the short time since she started, Tucker already understands one fundamental NIL principle: everyone is new to the space.

“We all have so much to learn. It’s been fascinating to watch professionals from a variety of industries and experience levels come together around a topic that there is very little collective experience on, no pun intended,” said Tucker. “It’s amazing to see how rapidly things have evolved, knowing that things are only going to continue to change as the entire industry settles into its new normal.”

Another key understanding Tucker has is the overwhelming fan support behind college sports.

“It’s really moving to see the passion that our staff has for connecting donors, fans, and alumni with their student-athletes and their teams. We know that there is a lot of passion when it comes to college athletics, and it’s really amazing to see the support for our student-athletes coming to fruition.”
